We're community of "growers" and allied members who work together to foster the sustainable development of aquaculture businesses in New Jersey.
What We Do
Aquaculture is the farming of aquatic organisms. NJAA members work hard to produce or support the production of high quality fish and shellfish (clams, oysters, and scallops) using environmentally responsible and sustainable aquaculture methods.
Who We Are
NJAA members come to aquaculture from a variety of paths and backgrounds. We come together as a community to support a strong and vital industry that uplifts coastal economies and evironments, while providing high quality seafood and other aquacultured products to regional and national markets.
